What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards through our secure online processor, Stripe, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Send us a message through the Contact Us page. As long as your order hasn't shipped, we should be able to make any adjustments you need.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Contact us for specific details.

Do you do bridal bouquets or wedding arrangements?

Yes we do. This is a much more involved process than simply ordering through the site, however. Contact us for more information.

Can I request a custom design?

At this time, we are simply unable to create custom colors, sizes or variations.

Can I just buy the Rose Scent without buying a rose?

Yes you can. However due to our built-in shipping method, it can be a little pricey. Adding oil to an order, or ordering multiple bottles of scent will make the shipping cost more reasonable.

What are my shipping options?

We ship via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.

Do you offer International shipping?

We do. Shipping rates are not always calculated correctly at checkout so contact us before placing an order. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer any shipping options other than USPS Priority?

Due to the irregular shape, weight and size of our products, we have found USPS Priority rates to be the best overall. For smaller items, such as Rose Scent, it is not always economical to ship Priority. In these rare instances, Contact Us for other options.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, usually within 2 to 3 business days. Once processed, they ship via first class or priority mail, which may take an additional 2 to 7 business days. High volumes of orders or delays by USPS may result in longer delivery times.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Send us a message through the Contact Us page and we'll help you track your package.

What Is your return policy?

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. You can exchange your item for a different item, or return it for a refund to your original method of payment. For specific details on returning items, please refer to our Return Policy page.

Why is the color or shape of my rose slightly different from the picture?

Since all of our roses are individually hand crafted there will be some natural variations in the color, size and shape of your items.

What makes the roses smell like roses?

Your Argent Rose comes with a small polyester tablet and a small amount of scenting oil. The tablet is placed in the center of the rose with a couple drops of rose scenting oil on it.

What if I don't want rose scent with my rose?

Select the option for no rose scent on the form that pops up when selecting your rose.

How long does the scent last?

The life expectancy of the scent varies greatly depending on where it is kept. Warmer places, like a sunny window, will cause the scent to smell stronger but fade faster. In cooler places, like a curio cabinet, the scent will not be as strong, but will last much longer. It is common for the scent to last up to a year or more.

How do I re-scent my rose?

To refresh the scent your rose, use the included applicator, or a dropper, to dab one or two additional drops of scenting oil on to the tablet in your rose.

Can I use any scent in my rose?

You can use whatever mild oil-based scent you like, just make sure it is not alcohol-based. Mild essential oils work best. Just add a drop or two of your preferred oil on to the tablet and place it in the center of your rose as usual.

How do I clean my roses?

Since the roses are a hand painted finish, they can be scratched if abrasives are used to clean them, and chemical cleaners may also damage the finish. Additionally, because they are crafted from mild steel, exposure to water may result in rust over time. Therefore, we recommend using canned or compressed air to blow away any surface dust, and/or a soft bristled paint brush to dust the harder to reach places.

What are the roses made from?

For Argent Roses, the heads of the flowers and the leaves are crafted from mild steel, while the stems are stainless steel. The finish consists of several coats of paint which vary by color. With Copper Roses the heads are made from copper while the leaves are brass and the stems are bronze.

Are my Argent Roses suitable for outdoors?

Since the Argent Roses are made from mild steel, they are not fond of moisture. Excessive moisture can find it's way into the rose and cause rust to form. Argent Roses are intended to be displayed indoors and in dry conditions.

Are my Copper Roses suitable for outdoors?

Since our Copper Roses are made from non ferrous materials, they are suitable for outdoor use. Prolonged exposure to the elements may result in discoloration of the rose as the metals “patina” - a natural reaction to moisture and chemicals in the environment.

I forgot my account password. What do I do?

Click on the "SIGN IN" tab at the top of the page. When the Sign-In box appears, select "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to reset your password.
